We've got to figure out some kind of way to make him a threat on offense. He's playing like 25 minutes a game and he's scored 9 combined points in our last four games. I know he's out there for defense but we can't be playing 4 on 5 on offense when we're already bad at it to start with.

He cant dribble or shoot. Has no idea where to go on offense. The players are too skilled today. I dont care how good his defense is he has no skill. He is a net liability but yet Buzz keeps throwing him out there. Andy is not much better.

Seems like a lifetime ago when he was the spark that propelled us over Georgia here after we completely **** the bed in the first half yet it is was only 15 days ago and it's been downhill for that guy ever since.

He's hit some mid range jumpers this year that actually look like he's in control and form isn't horrible (or as horrible as his 3 point shooting form).

He elevates and takes a balanced squared up shot decently from 6-10 feet out, at least I've seen it.

The most disappointing aspect of the game was how easily Vandy was beating our defenders 1v1 with dribble penetration.

Teams are doing a better job ant figuring out our defense and our offense is just unbelievably bad. Maybe we can create some turnovers and get some easy buckets.

Probably too late in the season to go too crazy but our defensive breakdowns have been too consistent the last few games.

Am I the only one that thinks the offense has actually been fine the last two games outside of the actual shot making part?

Like I legitimately thought our quality of shot was really good against Tennessee considering how elite they are defensively. Even tonight the offense wasn't that infuriating to me. I've been more mad with the defense

What is our offensive game plan? Bad ball movement, half hearted screens and poor shooting seem to be the plan.

We don't have a coach capable of that. If we did, we would have done something different already.

Buzz's idea if adjusting the offense is running the offense through..

I mean, we don't get points for quality of shot. We have to find a way to get the ball into the basket. At this point, our shot selection could be world class and it wouldn't matter because our ability to shoot is at a second grade level.

IMO, defense is the only thing that keeps us close.

I mean I get that. At some point though, at this level, you have to hit a shot. A lot of these guys in the last 3 games have shot worse than what is already their below average norm

Our offense looked a lot better 6-7 games ago when we were starting Hef and letting him play with Wade and Zhu. He gives spacing and a little scoring punch. I hate bring him off the bench. It's often with manny at point guard and it looks awful

We need to go back to Wade, Phelps, Hef, solo, and Payne to start. I said it weeks ago. Then bring in Andy and Coleman off the bench and let them create havoc on the glass

Yeah it's tough being a bad shooting team who's gone ice cold. I still think Buzz does these weird lineups and stuff on purpose.
