Happy thanksgiving everyone!

Got an appetizer of Memphis and Western Kentucky before Kansas/Gonzaga.

Kinda feels like Kansas is lucky to even be as close as they are

We doing Kansas Zags here? 54-47 is crazy hot shooting. Really wish we'd gotten Timme but he's clearly better than A&M at time of his recruitment.

Gonzaga supposedly had some positive tests so I'm surprised they're playing

Gonzaga is apparently disputing that report but they have two players out due to "protocols."

The Gonzaga offense is so fun to watch. Really impressed with how good the Suggs kid is.

They've been jacking up threes for a few years now. They're not going to be very good this year but they're going to pick some teams off on hot shooting nights.

Gonzaga has some big time recruits also, but them and Baylor have done an amazing job at assembling rosters using a variety of methods.

Official roster has 7 freshmen, 8 sophomores and 3 juniors

Growing pains for sure this year. Zags should stretch this one out eventually.

Well they have Juno transfers, grad transfers, regular transfers, Baylor is probably the only college basketball team making good use of redshirts, international players, etc.

Drew certainly knows how the game is played, but this roster was largely put together by leaving no stone unturned.

Still bummed about losing out on Timme.

We were in his final 2 or 3. One or both of his parents went to A&M.

Georgia Tech loses to Mercer. There's probably a post or two of mine from 8-9 years ago saying I'd be fine if we hired Pastner. What a fall from grace as he fails his way up the ladder.

Another Class of 2019 big, although I don't think we were ever in contention for his services. The Google machine tells me his final 4 were Georgetown, Stanford, Texas and UCLA, but I assume being from Austin that Texas always had the inside track.

Neither of Timme's parents went to A&M. Dad played at SMU and his mom went to SFA.
