Yes, also his personality means he says it in a snarky b***h and mostly unlikable way. We didn't mind when coach Boom did it, as it fits him. Buzz cannot say something in an I likable or insincere way.

In fact, I'm not even sure I approve of the word "chaff" or "raff." I feel like these might have double meanings - can we clean this up?
