I see that he's on Nebraska's short list after they inevitably fire Tim Miles at the end of their NIT run. Just wondering if we're considering him? I know he's a Midwest guy but he worked wonders at Iowa State and I'm sure we could offer much more money than the Huskers.

As in "show me stories showing A&M's interest in Van Gundy before we had an opening." I really can't think of anything more irrelevant to this

I would hope that we at least kicked the tires on this one, he's a great college coach (and probably will be a decent NBA coach if he gets another shot) and I would love to see what he could do with some of our guys (Chuck, Chandler, and Flagg especially)

Louis said that somebody told him that we looked at (kicked the tires) on 3 other coaches in particular besides Buzz Williams.

They're reporting here in Nebraska that it's a done deal. Still haven't fire Miles yet.
