My favorite is any time you connect there you inevitably have to go through security again, and then sometimes a passport check for the hell of it too

Cool trip for our guys

We flew into Frankfurt once from Venice a few years ago. The Lufthansa pilot had made tremendous time up in the air over the Alps, after leaving Venice late...because Italians don't care about time or punctuality...

So we land and the pilot proudly announces in German and English that he is now on schedule! ***mutters of approval** As we taxi down the runway to our designated gate, a Turkish Airline plane eases into the space instead. 2/3 of the plane bursts into sound German cursing and shaking of fists.

...and we were force to take a bus in. Yeah the airport was under construction...or was that all sheet metal decorations?

Yeah, nothing like the Amsterdam Airport, which is like a Disney World.

Was just about to post this. Frankfurt airport is what ATL airport is here. It's a madhouse.
