Does Scott Woodward get credit for the upgrade? Here's hoping the BB program gets more out of their facilities than the FB program. Tyler Davis is a class act.

Care to compare and contrast the old LR v the new one? And how does Cox-McFerrin factor in? It was advertised by BCG as the must have facility. While I certainly believe a locker room is helpful, I was under the impression they get their real support in C-M.

Or is this an effort to put lipstick on a disastrous multi-purpose arena we built?

Thanks for the info. Real thankful for the few who continue to support our basketball program.

Incremental improvements to continue what we've been doing for over a decade now including Cox-McFerrin.

Reed and associated facilities cannot really be called inadequate in any way anymore. If the building is lackluster now, its a fan problem, IMO. The only thing its missing now are money making things (like suites) not basketball things.

The arena in Bossier City, LA is basically the same building and it has 16 luxury suites.

Most certainly. And the floor level concourse could also be turned into a nice lounge type area like at the Toyota Center.

I read the thread title as "locker room unraveling" and got super scared.

This is much better.

The TMF told me there is a study/assessment being done on Reed for additional improvements, including the potential for suites and/club seating.

And if you haven't seen the new big screens in Reed yet, get ready to be "wowed".

Now, let's fill up Reed for our team and enjoy what should be a special year!

Per the modern day NBA arrangement, they would take the low value real estate in the corners, and redevelop them into club and/or loge seating.
Suites would likely go in atop the back row of the lower level on both sidelines. Maybe 8-10 total.

I would also presume that there would be a total reseating, a la Kyle Field.

I'm just guessing though.

Yes, looks great and frankly, beats out the locker rooms at Allen Fieldhouse (I had dinner and an exclusive tour with Perry Ellis a couple of years ago).

Still can't beat the history and "aura" of that place....really cool....
