Mitchell was easy pickings.

There was a lot of optimism obviously that 2017-2018 was going to be a big improvement from Stansbury's first season where WKU went 15-17 and finished tied for 7th in Conference USA. But looks like WKU is going to start their 2017-2018 basketball season with only 7 scholarship players eligible to play.

Of the highly rated 2017 recruiting class that Stansbury signed, Mitchell Robinson is now once and for all gone, 4-star rated shooting guard Josh Anderson has not been cleared by the NCAA yet, nor has JUCO commit Moustapha Diagne.
