You're interpreting this all wrong.

"Aggfie SEC Recored" is obviously a mistype of "Ag fie, SEC recorded"

He's saying that last night two BMA's were having a big discussion about the future of the hoops program, and one of them said "Fie on Billy Kennedy!" "Fie" is kind of an old timey word for "curses."

Further, the Securities and Exchanges Commission (SEC) recorded the conversation, which is how Yell Practice heard it.

He's clearly an agent for the SEC, which is investigating these BMAs for insider trading, but he wanted to let us know that they're also upset with the state of our basketball team.
