Unlikely, however if we somehow get back into bubble conversation, ideally we get on Florida's side and get a shot at Vandy or Tennessee. We matchup well with Florida.

They are struggling as of late but I don't like how we matchup with USCe.

Based on the bracket above, the #10 seed looks better than the #9 or the #8 seed.

So do 11-14 to be honest. Anything to avoid Kentucky for as long as possible is ideal, even an extra game.

I wonder...how many people (fans) will be there for the first night games? Maybe 200-300?

In solid position to compete with Auburn for that coveted fourth spot on Wednesday.

Loved what JJ Frazier did in Tuscaloosa tonite; SEC version of Allen Iverson.

I hate what BK has done to our program.

Actually, if you want to win the tournament and have to choose a starting position near our seed, 8 or 9 is probably the best.

You start with a streaky team in Vandy who very well be off on their shooting. Then you get a "cold" Kentucky team we just faced. Then you get an Arkansas team that played the night before. Then you either get a physical Florida or SC after they have played 2 straight games in as many days. Not a bad draw.

That said, we won't make it past Vandy!

Kentucky clinched the 1 tonight. I don't know if there is an opportunity to jump all the way to the 7 with a win Saturday, but it looks like seed wise we would have to lose to avoid them

We would need LSU to beat UT to have a chance at the #7

Pretty much locked into #10 unless we win...then we are 8 or 9

Also, Arkansas and South Carolina clinched at least a 4 seed at the lowest with Vandy losing.

(Important because the top 4 seeds get a bye to the quarterfinals.)

I don't think that even if Florida loses both of their remaining games they can be leapfrogged at the 2 spot, but I could be wrong about that.

Likely 8 or 9 seed...But there is a scenario where we will still be 10 seed

Would take a miracle to be 7 seed

Let's either stay where we are at or move to a 7 seed. Every team except for Kentucky is vulnerable

LSU actually won a game. I didn't think it was possible. Tennessee should drop their program for a year out of embarrassment.

I'm sure the 16 fans at the PMAC enjoyed the win. This better not save Johnny's job.

It'll essentially come down to

We win: 8 or 9 seed (would need Vandy to beat Florida to jump up to 7)

Or if we lose...
UT beats Bama: 10 seed
Bama beats UT: 9 seed

Found another 7-seed scenario

We beat Kentucky AND
Arkansas beats Georgia AND
South Carolina beats Ole Miss AND
Vandy beats Florida

(UT-Bama, Auburn-Mizzou, MSU-LSU can go either way)

Started from the bottom (combined 0-5 record against them), now we're here (NCAA Tournament)?
