I know many here don't like Gloria's. We have it in our normal rotation of places. I particularly like their steak fajita marinade and would like to try to recreate it to do at home. But I am not that great of a foodie that I can taste the individual components and Google has not been helpful to me.

Any foodie experts on here able to help?
