Looking for a great restaurant in Houston for a birthday dinner. Looking for TOP tier service.

Doesn't have to break the bank and it doesn't have to be particularly fancy. Just want great service. Open to most any kind of cuisine, though there will be at least a few in the party who would shy away from sushi.

Tony's or Brennan's

Recently did an event at King Ranch Kitchen.
They did quail, nashville hot sandwiches, brisket queso, crab cakes, and a prime brisket butcher block. Great whiskey menu. Good time was had, we had designated servers only to our party.

Main Event did an average job with my kids birthday party, so I would shy away from them.

Del Frisco's is the only restaurant I've been to where I got a thank you card from the waiter a week after.

Taste of Texas has great service.

The best service in Houston is Brennan's. It's the only place with the old school New Orleans staffing in the dining room.
There are other places with good and great service, but this is just another level that most places can't even attempt to get to due to labor costs. It is pricey.

Haven't been to Georgia James but went to the steakhouse concept at 1/5 and it sucked. Like not just a disappointment for the money, but I wouldn't go back if it were 1/3 the price. Pappa Bros was miles ahead, IMO.

if you want the best service experience, this is the answer. but it is prix fixe so not everyone's cup of tea.

maybe Bludorn or Turner's. I have not been to Turner's so only referencing them based on what I've read
