So I did a thing. Made a brisket for the game, along with smoked salsa and smoked cream cheese. I held back a couple of the smoked jalapenos. Today, I warmed up some of the brisket and gave it a chop. Then I diced up the smoked jalapeno and gave it a really quick saute. Put some of the smoked cream cheese in the tortilla with the diced jalapeno, added the brisket and some cheddar jack cheese. Cooked it in some garlic olive oil.
