Ran across a super deal at Kroger yesterday. They never have these, which is why I guess they were marked down & still well in date. Not sure best way to process them. They have a meaty, no bone roast looking end & then loin with ribs attached on the other end.

Just cut some big ass chops? Separate the loin from the ribs & cook separately? Throw the whole thing on either the stick burner or pellet grill?

All of the above? I picked up 3 & they are around 10-11 lbs each.
