I'd like to pick up a dedicated bread cookbook, however, I'd really like one that gives the recipes in weight measurements.

I have a nice 'French cooking at home' that works that way but it only cover pastries.

Any good suggestions?

Most all of America's Test kitchen recipes have weights.

I'd recommend Tartine Bread. I have most of the popular bread books and I've had the most luck with Tartine process and recipes.

Oh and I don't know why I didn't think of it first, Flour Water Salt Yeast.

That's a good one too. I started with that one and then moved to Tartine.

Thanks. I had looked at both of those on Amazon but didn't know if they used weight. Thanks!

We use the Bouchon Bakery from the Thomas Keller Library - isn't dedicated to bread, but has several bread recipes as well as some great desserts and similar baking recipes - use it more often than we would've thought. .
