-melt butter and caramelize a yellow onion
-add 4 cups of sweet corn and continue stirring then add 1/4 cup dry sherry and reduce by half
-add 2 cups cream, 1 cup milk, dash of salt, white pepper, and onion powder and puree until smooth with immersion blender
-add juice of 1/2 lemon and taste/adjust then strain into bowl
-top with bacon, lobster meat, chives
