Okay, that was sub-optimal.
Here is the good thing. I know exactly what happened. I dropped below cooking temperatures at about 3:55, and stayed below until about 5:15, when I was able to feed the fire.
The bad thing is that the app did a terrible job of waking me up.
Now, the device I used before from Inkbird could have woken Lazarus if you dropped out of temp. The problem with that previous device is that I had to put my phone right next to the door, and half the time the alarm went off, it was due to connection issues, not temp issues. That was not an issue at all tonight.
However, I was fully expecting a red-alert, your house is about to get nuked type alarm tonight when temps got low. That didn't happen.
I'll play with the alert settings this morning, and hopefully figure it out. For now, the cook is totally saved, but delayed about an hour and a half or so.
