I find Ethan Chlebowski's channel to be oddly compelling, assuming you can get past his ridiculous facial hair.

The videos are tightly cut, informative, and enjoyable, and the dishes he makes are unique enough to keep things interesting.

I've recently subscribed to NYT Cooking when they were doing a steep annual discount and have thoroughly enjoyed it.

It's not Serious Eats level of recipes in my experience but still turns out a terrific product. And in this day and age with two busy kids that need dinner on the table in an hour, it's been awesome.

Plus having an overwhelming number of approachable recipes to choose from within a convenient app has been nice as well.

I like Brian Lagerstrom/Weeds and Sardines quite a bit. I find a lot of his tips and recipes really accessible and transferable. Other words, a lot of his stuff is things we would actually make at home with ingredients we would pretty much always have on hand. This is the stuff that makes a better home cook.

Weissman is funny and entertaining too.

I can't believe you numb skulls haven't mentioned YSAC.
