Owner Holly Johnston '99 says:
"The really fun part about this is Costa Vida College Station is the only store with breakfast tacos and coffee! This has been my own creation and I worked with Costa's chef to develop it so I am really excited about it! My favorite item is the Machaca."
On Wednesday, January 13, we'll start serving the standards most people are looking for, such as bacon, egg and potato. We'll also be serving a horchata coffee as well. Be sure to try the Machaca Taco, made with succulent slow-cooked and hand-pulled shredded beef, sauteed onions, jalapenos and scrambled eggs.
The coffee is hand picked by Holly, too - it's a single origin Costa Rican Tarrazu. This variety has a medium body and snap of acidity and it's known mild, clean & tangy flavor.
Come by everyday from 7AM-10:30AM in the drive-thru, online or through the Costa Vida app. Large group/catering orders are welcome!
