Sur La Table does classes and there a place at 610/Airline called Well Done Cooking Classes. They have a good rep.

Find a local butcher and sometimes they put on classes. Can be a great resource.

Sur la table one is ok if you are making it a date night. But you gotta start using and practicing the techniques. Find them on YouTube.
