Any recommendations? Looking to purchase one soon

What did you have in mind - a grill pan? George Foreman? Or a real deal char grill?

Do you have one of these? I've only recently come on to them. Looks amazing.

Same here (recently started researching). We're getting bids for a tiny outdoor kitchen on our patio that would have only a komodo type grill and hopefully one of these if budget allows. If you consider the cost of other built in griddles plus adding side burners this will cover both of those tasks for not much of a price difference.

Round is an extraordinarily inefficient use of square inches for a griddle. A 30" Blaze built in griddle would occupy the same space (30x30) and give you an extra hundred square inches of cooking space at half the price. Does look cool though, I'll give it that.

Huge fan of the Evos. If I was building an outdoor kitchen and could afford it, I would definetly buy one.
