Went for lunch over the weekend, and the place is very tasty. The owners are few Aggies that got bored in retirement and decided they wanted to open a butcher shop. Lunch is only served from 11-2, but it's worth it.

"Don Rea, Dr. Ranzell "Nick" Nickelson, Patrick Nicholson and Sam Beebe have at least six specialized degrees from Texas A&M University between them. They each have decades of experience in the industry ranging from butchering expertise and food safety, to cattle ranching and business."

Had the chili dog last Saturday afternoon. Pretty good. GF had the steak sandwich and it was very tender, we'll be back. Introduced myself to Don, good 'ol Ag.
