Had chicken with olive oil, salt and pepper, lemon zest, put the chicken over sliced lemons, lemons on top, sprigs of rosemary over that and melted butter over everything. Cooked about 45 minutes at 350. Side of broiled asparagus.

Easy prep, quick dinner.

I've decided to stuff a couple of flank steaks, roll them up and smoke them this weekend. I'm going to butterfly, pound them flat and stuff them with a spinach, artichoke heart, cream cheese, garlic mixture.

I made some fajitas this week that turned out really well. It turns out HEB has started splitting their inside skirt steaks, so they're super thin now. It works really well to cook inside because you can cook them super fast and not smoke out the house.

Might make a lobster bisque on Sunday.

I caught pork shoulder on sale for 59 cents/lb, so pulled pork and pulled pork spinoffs are probably in our near future.
