Looks like a couple of Ag's are opening a premium butcher shop in Fort Worth.

It looks like an interesting concept, anyone been in yet?

That's pretty cool. Don Rea, Dr. Nick Nickelson, and Sam Beebe are all Aggie Meat Science grads. All of them worked at Standard Meat under Billy Rosenthal.

We went by there the other weekend, meeting several of the Ag's. Everyone was very friendly and more than willing to explain what was what, why they chose to stock what they do, and just talk in general.

The steaks were great, and they threw in a couple of medallions to try.
