This is how I feel. I never do anything with cauliflower other than roast it (or rice it if I'm in keto mode), but I like cauliflower.

My favorite method for wings is to brine them and then build a mesquite fire on one side of a Weber kettle and smoke the wings on the other side for 45 minutes or so starting around 400~425 turning them every 10 minutes or so and then coat with a traditional wing sauce mixed with a little bit of honey.
