Forgive me if this has been discussed, but I have recently found a keen appreciation for premium tequila-yet I know little about it. What are some of the best/premium labels you recommend?

Yes, there have been several tequila threads. When you say white do you mean Blanca (un-aged) or Ultra Anejo (very aged but charcoal filtered to remove the color and smooth the taste)???

Dobel Diamante is a reposado that is also charcoal filtered and excellent for premium cocktails.

1800, Herradura and others make ultra Anejos that are charcoal filtered and thus "white".
