Cheesy broiled halibut:
  • Cook under broiler for 8 minutes; pull out of oven.
  • Smother in a sauce made of mayonnaise, butter, lemon juice, green onion, chili paste, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper
  • Broil for 2 more minutes
  • Enjoy your cheesy fish!

Made Cashew Chicken Curry last night. The cashews are used to make cashew milk that is used to thicken the curry instead of cream.

That was an awesome recipe. Easy week night meal if you marinate the chicken the night before and have a rice cooker. That was probably the silkiest curry I have ever made.

Use unsalted cashews so you can control the salt. Mine got a little out of hand with the cashews and stock. Protip, throw a potato in your sauce to suck up salt.
