I'm looking to smoke ribs using gochujang paste as the primary ingredient in the rub. Intent is to bring on a real spicy Korean flavor.

Anyone have any good recipes?

I have used Thai Green Curry Paste (Thai Taste in the jar) as a slather mixed with yellow mustard and then added rub. Maybe try the same with yellow mustard and the Gochujang? In my mix its about 50/50 paste and mustard but I guess it depends on how hot the chili paste is. Good luck.

I've used this on chicken, and it is excellent. It would work very well on pork.

I slather my ribs with Sriracha sauce before adding brown sugar, rib rub and other "stuff." Always yields a nice sweet-spicy combo.
