First I soak the beans thwn boil for a good 30 minutes hardened beans is a no no to great chili

Then I brown ground turkey and chicken

Open a chili spice package from Hill country fare
Next add some canned tomatoes
Add beans
Cook chili

Next boil some spaghtii
Combine for the best chili ever

My secret family recipe is the same only I add a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg at the end. They are truly the pice de rsistance of chili ingredients that most people leave out.

Place can of Wolf Brand chili in zip lock bag. Use water displacement method to put into sous vide at 145 degrees. Sous vide for 1 hour. Remove chili from the can and garnish with pinto beans.
