not going to lie, it does irritate a bit when people leave a bunch of meat on the bones. but this guy's a little crazy about it. who here eats the cartilage?

Order all flats, debone them using twist pull technique, eat everything left
Cook them in a pressure cooker first, and then you can pick out the cartilage tips. Then fry them. It's worth the trouble.

There's a commercial on the cooking channel about it. It's a mini series called you're eating it wrong or something like that. But they show a way that's really easy and effective. Almost too effective, I eat wings really fast now....

I don't know that I've ever wanted to eat chicken wings faster. I like them, it's not a race.
But I do appreciate something that lets you get to the meat cleaner and easier.

I eat the meat and cartilage.
But why on earth would you eat wings with two hands unless you're 3 years-old? If you don't have the dexterity to use only one hand, maybe you should use a knife and fork.
You have to keep one hand clean so you don't dirty up that cold mug of beer. Or maybe you're eating by yourself and want to use your phone to surf TexAgs. And most importantly, if you're eating extra spicy wings, you don't have to worry about being extra thorough washing your hands before you take a piss.
