I started doing this two weeks ago early on Saturday mornings. It seems to work because I'm not trying to figure out what to cook after work anymore and we only have four containers left in the freezer today.

For those who do this, what containers do you use?

My wife got a bunch of take out containers that we use. When I make soups or chili I use these stock containers so they are pre-measured in the freezer.

I use glass pyrex type containers. Not worried about plastic leaching stuff into my food, especially if I put it in hot.
