Having a pizza party.

What is a solid filling salad for folks that don't eat pizza. It does or doesn't have to have meat. I love Chinese chicken salads but it seems I should be leaning toward an Italian type salad.

Any suggestions? Also I don't care for the tang of the salad like you get at Olive Garden (shutter yuck)

Chopped Antipasti Salad from Bucca di Beppo is really good. My wife who is a food snob anti-chain diner, orders it all the time, to go for parties.
