I was given a grocery sack full of limes, which now means I have about 8 cups of fresh lime juice that I need to use, freeze, or otherwise preserve.

Besides a copious amount of margaritas, any suggestions?

I made lemon syrup when I had lots of lemons, using the info from http://foodinjars.com/2014/03/meyer-lemon-syrup/. There are other things there you might try with limes instead of lemons.

Did you already throw out the rinds? Key limes might be better, but a regular lime pie sounds pretty good to me.

I'd still go with the Margaritas, though.

Lime Bars. Just like lemon bars.

Lime chiffon pie.

Mix lime juice with melted butter, salt, and chili powder and toss peanuts in it. Then bake until golden brown.

I did already toss the rinds. In retrospect I should have zested several and froze it for later use.

I ended up freezing the juice in ice cube trays so I can use it as needed in small quantities.

Freeze it in ice cube trays and 1 cup containers to give easily useable portions.
