Just picked up a disc to up my outdoor cooking game with my Dutch oven.

Anyone cook with a disc around here?

Gonna try some fajitas first.

Have done some killer breakfast scrambles before with bacon, eggs, onions, bell peppers, potatoes on a tortilla. Love those things for that.

I use mine as a big wok for Asian stir fries mostly. Have also done fajitas, Philly cheesesteaks, and breakfast items/tacos (scrambled eggs, bacon).
