I'm a little late getting this on the board, but Blinn College is offering a class on how to make wine at home starting tonight at 6:00 on the Bryan campus. It runs every Thursday from 6:00 to 8:30 for 6 weeks. The students will actually make wine in the class, and each student will go home with at least 10 bottles of wine. You can pick what type of wine you want to make, from a sweet chenin blanc to a dry cabernet. Cost is $175 (they are only trying to break even) and they will enroll students up until the second class on March 2. They list two numbers for details: 979-209-7429 and 979-690-6493.
