You can purchase a Costco gift card online and use it in store without a membership.

Edit: It looks like you have to have someone with a membership purchase the cash card for you. You could look on eBay or anywhere else that prone sell unwanted gift cards and see if anyone is selling any.

Yes...amazing.

Prepared this today.

Seasoned 7 steaks with generous Montreal seasoning.

SV at 130* for 2 hours.

Half stick of butter and 1 glug of vegetable oil in cast iron skillet. with about a tablespoon of Montreal seasoning.

Remove steaks from SV and dry them thoroughly.

Get cast iron smoking hot and sear steaks until a crust forms turning often.

Unbelievably tender and flavorful.
