What are your top 5 you have in terms of usefulness and the top 5 things that are just taking up space:

My useful:

• Tsukiji Masamoto Chef's Knife
• Standard Bench Scraper
• HyperChiller
• Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer
• Instant Pot

I have a feeling my Joule Sous Vide will mix in and out of this list based on everyone's comments on this board. I ended up going Joule for size (smaller) and horsepower (more). The food processor and cast iron skillet gets a good bit of use of the others have been more active lately.

My taking up space are:

• Ice Cream/Yogurt Maker (Should replace with Kitchen Aid Attachment)
• Cast Iron Collection - (I have some doubles and things I only used once a year)
• Juicer (Should replace with Kitchen Aid Attachment)
• Miscellaneous Plastic/Tupperware
• Bread Maker

Things I use on pretty much a daily basis:

1. 8" Cast iron skillet
2. 8" Cast iron pan
3. 5" Cast iron pan
4. Flat spatula like you see at a hibachi restaurant
5. Knives & ceramic sharpener
6. Large cutting board
7. 2 quart pot

One thing I wish I had but seems that nobody makes a really good one is one of those automatic stirring rigs (looks like a little tripod, battery powered) that you put in a pot and can set it to a constant speed - would be great for sauces, roux, etc. But every one i see ends up with more negative reviews than positive.
