Yeah whole30 is only 30 days... I have 4 kids to feed otherwise and we do it twice a year.

1. Chicken tenders with homemade potato chip fries and steamed broccoli.

2. Blue pancakes

3. Creamy chicken and rice soup

4. Whole30 Orange chicken

5. Prime rib I made for thanksgiving

6. Uncured bacon, eggs

7. Top left, clockwise: roasted/salted mixed nuts, pan grill pork chops, ribeye frites and sauteed brussels, roasted chicken with broccoli and carrots

8. Ribeye frites and sauteed brussels

9. Top left, counter clockwise: Spinach and Pecan salad, cream corn, mashed potatoes, various grilled chicken, and chicken tenders. I think this was my Mom's birthday.

10. All pre smoke from top: pork butt, brisket, stuffed chicken breasts wrapped in bacon

11. Chicken tenders(seeing a theme?)

12. Homemade fried orange chicken with brown rice and broccoli

13. Top left, clockwise: cream corn, grilled peaches with brown sugar glaze, t-bone, grilled chicken, caprese salad my daughter makes, tossed salad

14. Pork butts for pulled pork sandwiches

Thanks, pretty basic. Eggs/milk bath, then dredge in flour with spices, then egg/milk again. Then fry in canola till done. Kids eat the **** outta them.

2 things.

1) F you and that stove. I'm gonna steal it and figure out how to fit it in my apartment.

2) what is your orange chicken sauce recipe? I've found a quick and easy one thats pretty good (sweet baby ray's BBQ, sweet orange marmalade and a little soy sauce), but always looking to try something better.

It's a halfway homemade.

Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
12oz Wild Rice
2 Cup White Rice
Stick butter
1 whole chicken or 4 large breasts (if you only dig white meat)
1 large can cream of mushroom

Add butter, Salt and Pepper 3qt water. Boil Chicken till done. Remove (keep water) and debone or cube chicken into 1/2-3/4" pieces.

Put all ingredients in 1.25-1.75 qt of leftover broth/water. Cook til rice is done. Salt, pepper and season to taste. Keep other broth to add if it gets to thick.

I must have Cream of Mushroom radar because everything looked fantastic and then I saw the soup and thought "that looks out of place". Continuing down the thread everything else looked great as well. Nicely done!

It's a train wreck most days, except when the cleaning lady has been here but my wife did an awesome job on it.

I am so jealous of your stove as well, but since you posted a photo of your adorable child complete with blue pancake remnants, I can't hold it against you.

Random question, but I have a much smaller Bertazzoni range and for the most part I love it, but damn it takes forever to preheat even with top and bottom bake on. Does yours take longer than normal, or is that just a function of my model?

Nice! Did the same for Christmas dinner at the 'future' in-laws. Blew her dad's mind when I pulled the fully cooked vacuum packed slab out of a yeti cooler of water. One of the best prime ribs I've had.
