Base malts also make up a large portion of a breweries flavor. They have their 2 or 3 base malts and are likely used in every beer, and it can be up to 70-80% or more of the grain bill.MathNewman06 said:redag06 said:

I think it's their house yeast that gives that same flavor to a lot of their beers. Several years ago when they did those experiments with different yeasts in otherwise the same recipe (which is where weedwhacker came out of), I remember that flavor not being there in the ones with different yeast.
