Confirmed... very good.

I should also say that the quality of the meat at CM appears to be choice+. I sure hope so considering the price.

Picked up 2 lbs yesterday. Grilling them tonight.

I went to central market yesterday and picked some up because of this thread. I also bought a lb of hatch chile fajita meat (prob there for a limited time). Hatch chile meat was the clear winner in my opinion. Both were very good though. I did like the sweet/spicy of the orange honey habanero.

Does anyone know if they sell these meats at regular HEBs?
