I've got my pitchfork and torches ready too. I love bacon, but outside of that...I can easily throw away the pig. I hate pulled pork. I also hate beans...so keep that bleep out of my chili....

At least bump a brisket thread with some brisket pics.

The only time you can make a case that pulled pork > brisket is when you overcook your brisket, and it becomes an argument on a pulled pork sandwich vs. a chopped beef sandwhich.

But proper brisket. Done correctly. No contest. We won't even get into the relative level of skill it takes to make a proper brisket. There's a reason most novice cooks go the pork route first before they "graduate" to real smoking.
