The dark blue notes persist on the palate, with hints of cast-iron huckleberry cobbler smothered with vanilla bean ice cream and drizzled with black currant liqueur, and blueberry cheesecake with graham cracker crust. The finish is long and complex, with a blend of plum preserves over buttered toast, sticky toffee pudding, and Stilton cheese paired with ripe red grapes and barley wine.

It's a great summer sipper.
