Yes sir. Is like any relationship in life, you get what you put into it. Active listening is undefeated. Used to make my rounds a lot but just lost the desire and time to hunt as much. Trying to seek out more craft distillery products.

I get told by my main source all the time about entitled *******s. I choose to listen and empathize. He's been very clear the only reason I get help is that I choose daily not to be those customers. I don't hunt too much but can circumvent the lottery at that particular spot. Or, rather, get drawn when the back is stocked.

Oh man I hear you. I never ask for anything. I wait for them to be like, "hey are you interested in XYZ?"

Sometimes I would walk out with something, sometimes nothing at all. Didn't bother me.

Why I'm happy I am where I am. Got a fairly large liquor store in the middle of (almost) nowhere in my locale.

This lottery was computer generated as it's the big one (Christmas) but was a good day at MSRP.
