Based on reading this thread I think Twin Liquors is your best bet.

Specs near twin always had a good selection as well
I haven't had good luck at either. My best finds have been at Whiskey Charlie's in Towerpoint. I've heard WB Liquors on Boonville occasionally has good finds as well. I'm going to have to increase my frequency in searches I guess.
Specs/Twins typically aren't going to have "finds" sitting out but the specs I mentioned always had more than good enough bourbon to be happy.
What's the deal with smoke wagon? Is this stuff any good? I didn't get out today to see if there was anything out there.
Found an interesting gift set at WB. "Three Little Piggies" for $20 that included 3 50mL bottles of whistle pig 10, 12, and 15. I've had 15 but never the other two, so I picked it up for a taste test. Pretty cool little set.

The VW rye and 2003 are literally the best whiskeys I've ever had. Unreal. The THH was also incredible, but hard to compare with the Van Winkle with a 30 proof difference. I don't even know how to describe either of them. The rye was unlike any other rye I've had. Much less typical spice, but still incredibly complex. The 2003 was also unbelievable. Lower proof, but am incredibly long finish. Both were different enough to know they're special
Old Fitz 13 beat out the 15 year, unanimously. Harvey's Remnants was much better than anyone expected. The 2020 stagg was also incredible, and I don't know how I'd never heard of the Archives.
The MWND 8:2 was also fantastic. I had that and the Winkle at the same time. It wasn't quite at the same level, but it's not too far off. This morning sucked

The peerless "cherry cola" rye was also great. It's a distillery only release I think, but it's worth trying to find

It always makes me happy to see someone use good bourbon for something they enjoy.
Too many folks get way too up in arms about not drinking it neat or on rocks. Good on ya Ducks, bet thats the best damn Bananas foster you've ever had.
