Bringing my 94 year old grandmother to her first college game. Don't think y'all can keep up with her.

Specs on Smith got a bunch of ten fidy last night. Also heard a barrel aged ten fidy will be hitting a joint in Houston soon and to watch the Oscar Blues FB page for the date.

Not quite, but we are right there on Kimbrough on the north side of Lot E so the scenery is nice.

Yep, that will be the spot this year.

Only 6 miles away but have a family obligation through 7 p.m. Saturday night. Guess I have to shelve this Iris 'til later...

On a side note ... is Cantillon Lambic Bio in 375 bottles worth $28???

Would be a decent price at a bar. Seems a little high for a 375.

Had a Strange Land Brewing Headless Gentleman last night and it was probably the most infected terrible beer I have ever had. First beer from Strange Land and probably my last

At a wedding in San Diego County this weekend. The beer selection at the mom and pop grocery stores is amazing.

Also stopped by Texas Wine and Spirits bottle shop. I window shopped for half an hour. Came away with some RRBC Damnation, aSpeedway Stout, a few Lost Abbey bottles, and a few other random bottles. Was a little overwhelming but so much good beer.

Is there anything I should look out for to bring back? Planning on hitting a brewery or two if I can as well.

That's unfortunate! I've had their saison and enjoyed it.

Can you get Almanac in TX? Most bottle shops here will have 3-4 different flavors in stock. I'd also grab some Firestone Walker, Bruery and Kern River.

Go to Societe to drink since they don't bottle their stuff.

Toronado always has a ton of great West Coast beers. 75% of the time they have Blind Pig and Pliny on tap. Bottlecraft is right around the corner too.

No Almanac in Texas.

I dig that bunker HEB now has a draught bar and growler fills. Got some fresh yellow rose for the weekend

Has anyone in Houston/Clear lake seen rumpkin yet. Heard it was at HEB San Felipe but that's too much of a hike for me

Well I've stopped at 3 different beer stores and struck out on Pliny. Then the wife decides she wants to stop at a cute grocery and lo and behold:



She wins.
