Picked up an Odell Barrel Thief IIPA, Avery Fortuna, and Avery Raspberry Sour today at HEB Bunker Hill in Houston. Ive had Barrel Thief at Petrol but the others will be new for me. Especially curious about the Fortuna

I always buy Anchor Liberty for the Fourth of July but couldn't find any in Austin this year. Beer guy at HEB told me he hasn't been able to get any in recently. Another victim of the California drought?

I've been pretty impressed with the beers I've had so far from Strange Land in Austin. I've had their Ploughshare saison a couple of times and am drinking their Atholl Brose ("Scotch ale with Central Texas Wildflower honey, flaked oats, and oak infused with a blend of single malt Scotch whiskies") now - tasty!

Pretty reasonably priced, as well.

Had a Coquetier last night. That was pretty solid. Also had the Suburban Funk from No Label. Liked it as well.

Winding down the weekend with a batch 1 Provenance Orange and Grapefruit.

My plan was to try both of those. Not sure I care at this point. I did like the Tokyo.
