Finally got to try the Polygamy Porter tonight - REALLY enjoyed it. Tried a second stout, but I don't remember the name. It was very good as well, but I liked the Polygamy better.

I've come close to throwing the Polygamy Porter in a make-your-own sixer before....I need to try it...

Anyone tried the Harpoon rye IPA?

Saw it the other day was intrigued, but didn't pull the trigger, ended up with some Left Hand Stranger Pale Ale instead.

I also try and pull some of the labels...I'd like to incorporate them into a home bar one day, when I get around to building it.

I keep a bottle of the rarer or highly rated stuff I've had. I have about 25-30 bottles boxed up in a closet. Im sure I'll end up recycling them when I move. I do have a copious amount of bottle caps. 5 1 gallon ziplock bags full, plus another that is almost full of corks. They go back to college. Three of the bags are completely full of Coors Light caps. The bags don't fill up nearly as fast over the past 5 years. Now they're mostly full of Left Hand, Odell, Deschutes, and Sierra Nevada caps.

And Obsidian Stout is the ****.

I only keep Shiner and Sam Adams because I want to try the whole series. There are a few randoms mixed in there too.

I thought that people quit doing that in college?

I threw out everything from college right after college. I just think these two brands are great and since they have a wide selection, it's a cool thing to keep.

Rahr Stormcloud with orange something out the other in it. It makes the normal stormcloud go down easier. Creamy orange and maybe some tea.

Sorry, it doesn't save stormcloud for me. Interesting taste but would not make it into a rotation.

In KC for work. Just found buffalo sweat from tallgrass brewing. What a fantastic stout.

Yeh when I was in Kansas over xmas I found a variety 8 pack of tallgrass tallboy cans. Had 2 each of stout, oasis, ipa and the 'ale'
Enjoyed them all, so a couple days later picked up a single of the velvet rooster.

I'm a little surprised MiA didn't enjoy that Dreamcloud. I don't like IPAs, but I thought it was delicious, wasn't bitter at all and really did have a small hint of an Orangsicle. It's something I could see keeping a few of in the fridge.

Finally tried this for the first time. It's decent I guess for a dipa that I can get here(only 2 available) here. I thought Their regular ipa was better

I guess I better post according to the rules.
