Man a ton of great beers flying around tonight! Jealous of the white oak Jai Alai because it sounds amazing.
Broke open an Avery Maharaja tonight which filled the IPA void in my life as of late. Avery always kills it with the hoppy beers in my opinion.

Let me just commit a supreme act of heresy here. I watched the first season and half of the second season of Game Of Thrones and didn't really get into it at all. I get why people would like it but really didn't care for it much.
I watched the first half of S1 and gave up on it when it first came out, decided I'd give it a second chance with all the hype it's built up

Myrcenary is fantastic. Local shop had two 4-packs left and one Sucaba just sitting in the back room.

I tried Elevation Senorita Horchata Imperial Porter this weekend. It was alright, but it seems like one to age. Good representation of horchata, coming from a child of the RGV. I also have a bottle of Elevation's IIPA that I'll open soon.

Ouch, my local beer store up here (DFW) announced they were releasing at 4 last Wednesday. I was able to swing by at 5 and get my 1. Wife swung by at 5:20 to pick one up for a friend in Houston and they were gone.

Lagunitas is on the way up and Moonlight Brewing is worth seeking out. You can find a lot of Moonlight brews at Flavor Bistro, which is just 2-3 blocks down from RRBC. If you spend any time in the city, there are some good bars where you can sample some smaller breweries from all over the area.

I'm hoping the line for KBS exceeded the supply so they just let it go early and posted that so people wouldn't leave to head up there only to find out that they'd wasted their lunch break. The HEB guys have always run a tight ship and been fair so I'd be surprised if they just did that on a whim. I'll ask when I head over for groceries this week.
BSD, you are probably correct and if that was the case HEB did the right thing. It keeps people from wasting time in line and keeps people from showing up for nothing.
