Had some Karbach BBA Hellfighter aged in Four Roses barrels, pretty good stuff, had to get a growler fill. But opened a Prairie Merica to end the night, that **** is delicious!

Opened a Prairie Funky Galaxy. Then I'll probably get into some Sucks. Maybe some Breakfast Stout. We'll see what happens.
Whole Foods in Katy. There was still some left in the keg, not sure how much longer it will last.
Maca, this was a special keg of their Four Roses single barrel Hellfighter. It was really good, but tasted pretty much like all the other BBA Hellfighters I've had. Best thing was, it was $12 for a 32 oz instead of $15 for a bomber!

I remember back in the day, D&Q filled my 64oz. growler with OG BBA Hellfighter for $18.

I looked for Lagunitas Sucks at Whole Foods on Waugh tonight and saw some. Unfortunately they were next to some dude sitting at the bar. I didn't wanna be that guy and ask to confirm if they were his. D'oh!

The 64 oz was $18, I just didn't bring one of my big growlers. And jock, yes, whole foods here have bars. It's actually the best beer bar in Katy, but that's not saying much. Ours has 17 taps, but rumor is that one just opened up in Austin with 45 taps.

HEB Dunlavy has lots of Lagunitas Sucks, and it is damn tasty! Picked up a Green Flash Le Freak at Specs on the way home, will report on that later. Also, Specs downtown has lots of Uinta, all varieties.
Thanks for the tip. I picked up a bottle of Racer X from WF on Kirby, so i didn't end up empty-handed.

Le Freak was a pretty interesting beer. From what I remember, not something I'd want to have on hand all the time. But definitely pretty tasty.
Can confirm...the Whole Foods in the Domain in Austin just opened...it has between 45-50 taps of beer.
I live near it, it will become my home soon. I mean, I have to go grocery shopping daily now...at least that is what I will tell my wife.
