I'm still trying to work up the nerve to drop $45 on two bombers so I can try Lolita and Juliet.

The Sculpin is good, but doubt I'll ever buy it again. It's not $14/sixer good.

jah, nice. i was able to score some prairie noir today.

Santa struck out on the bourbon barrel temptress, but managed to score a deep ellum four swords quad. Pretty stoked to try this one. Right now though I'm enjoying a 11% Alaska Barley Wine. Man oh man is this good. I wish I had the cellar to store this in for a year or two though. I bet it'd be even better next year.

Anyone with knowledge of how to not kill your palate and not knock out the flavors of subsequent brews, i would like to put together a nice day of beer tasting for the family. The bombers we have in order of appearance in the pic, right to left

I'd just alternate between the barrel aged stuff and the others. I'd drink the DIPA and cascadian dark back to back followed by the Gose to help reset the palate. I'd probably end with the creme brûlée and dessert. That beer is very sweet.

Drink the ones you're excited about early because your palate will certainly get fatigued by all those big beers. Mother of All Storms is a fantastic beer.
