Normal every day occurrence since truce was signed?

It's always been there, but with the modern media, it's gotten a lot more coverage. Plus, they've succeeded more and more, so they do it more and more. They know that unless they really do a formal military strike, we won't do anything. It's just not worth the civilian casualties. Best thing to do is not even respond. Just let them throw their tantrum in the middle of the floor and not acknowledge it.

From what I hear from folks stationed in Korea and Guam, the locals are pretty much just going about business as usual.
